Refund Policy


Dagmar Jewellery will gladly accept returns free of charge for merchandise credit. Your purchase may be returned for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it, less shipping and handling. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, however, you will be responsible for paying that carrier’s shipping fee, simply address your return package to the Dagmar Jewellery return address shown at the front of your packing slip.

Our 30-day window gives you time to send a purchase back for a merchandise credit, while helping us keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned.

In order to return your jewelry purchase for a merchandise credit, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. Sorry, we can’t allow exceptions. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and a merchandise credit will not be issued.

·  We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records.
·  Save your shipping receipt until you receive your Dagmar Jewellery merchandise credit.

·  We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it as an eligible return, we will issue you a merchandise credit in the approved amount.
·  We’re sorry; we do not accept COD returns of any kind.



Late Returns

We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a merchandise credit, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no merchandise credit will be issued.

No Exchanges

We strive to offer you fabulous merchandise at affordable prices every day and unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your original merchandise for a merchandise credit, which you can then apply toward the purchase of whatever your heart desires in our website.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Dagmar Jewellery, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us at 1877-7-DAGMAR, so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Final Sale items cannot be returned.
